Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Bublr, operated by TagBlue Inc (“Bublr”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or the app you agree to them, so please read them.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use Bublr. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Let us know straight away at hello@bublr.ai if you think someone else is using your account.

Your content is yours

The photos, items and notes you add to Bublr belong to you. You grant us the limited licence we need to store, process and display them so we can provide the service to you — including recognising items in your photos to build your records — and you choose who else can see them. If you delete content, or your account, that licence ends except where we must retain copies to meet legal obligations.

Using Bublr fairly

• Use Bublr lawfully, and do not misuse it or try to disrupt it for other people.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
• Do not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, giving notice where reasonable.

Information and estimates

Where Bublr shows details or an estimated value for an item, it is provided for your information and convenience. Estimates are grounded in structured data and comparable sales, but they are not financial, investment or valuation advice, and we do not guarantee they are complete or accurate. Do not rely on them for insurance, sale or investment decisions without independent verification.

Early access

Bublr is in early access. Features may change, and parts of the service may be unavailable from time to time as we build. Early access grants early use of the app and founding status; it is not an investment, a security or a financial product, and confers no ownership in TagBlue Inc.

Liability

We provide Bublr with care, but to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
